Maxwell Bond are engaged with a market-leading client in the Liverpool area that are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team. You will join a well-established DevOps team with lots of exciting projects ongoing and planned over the next 12/18 months across Cloud/AI.
Key responsibilities:
- Help to integrate and onboard new software into the business infrastructure
- Help to maintain and enhance monitoring and alert systems
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support smooth and frequent software releases
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Monitor system performance and reliability, set up alerts, and respond to incidents promptly
- Maintain and improve cloud environments (Azure) ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness
- Work closely with developers to streamline build, test, and deployment processes
- Manage containerized applications using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience required:
- Windows/Linux OS
- IaC (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible)
- Containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
- CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
- Monitoring tools
- Exposure to .Net, NodeJS
- Scripting (Bash/Powershell)
