The Role
As the SDR Manager, you will oversee and inspire a team of 5 BDs, helping them thrive in a high-energy, results-oriented environment. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you\’ll play a pivotal role in developing our sales pipeline, scaling the team to 10 within the next 12-18 months, and preparing to evolve into a Head of Sales role as the company grows.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines coaching, strategy, and execution to drive team performance and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5 BDRs to achieve and surpass KPIs.
- Create and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize the lead generation and qualification process.
- Develop structured onboarding, training, and development programs to empower team members to succeed.
- Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and scale the team to 10 BDRs within the next 12-18 months.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture while maintaining a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to refine processes, define strategy, and prepare for future leadership responsibilities.
About You
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR Manager or Team Lead in a SaaS or tech environment.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding team sales targets.
- Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies, tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimize performance metrics.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A desire to grow with the company, taking on more senior responsibilities over time.
