Job Title: Business Development Manager – Security Solutions

Location: Manchester (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office)

Salary: £35k-£55k basic / Double OTE

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This is a new business-focused role where you will own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals – and build strong relationships with prospective clients. Based out of our Manchester office 2-3 days per week, you will have the flexibility to manage your pipeline and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and prospect new business opportunities across target markets.

-Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth.

-Lead the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, presentations, and closing deals.

-Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

-Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.

-Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
