We're partnering with an innovative, HealthTech SaaS start up. Their platform is already being used across NHS and independent healthcare settings. Having established strong early traction, the business is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to help drive its next stage of expansion.

The Opportunity
This is a blended sales and marketing role, offering exposure across lead generation, campaigns, content creation, events, brand development, and commercial growth.
Working closely with the founders and leadership team, you'll help shape how the business positions itself in the market, generates demand, and converts opportunities into meaningful customer relationships.
The role offers significant scope for development and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to grow alongside a scaling SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Support
- Support the delivery of annual sales and marketing objectives
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
- Build relationships with stakeholders across healthcare organisations and partner networks
- Assist with nurturing prospects through the sales journey
Marketing & Communications
- Create engaging content across LinkedIn, newsletters, website updates, and other channels
- Produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital assets
- Develop customer success stories and impact-focused content
- Help refine messaging for different customer audiences and sectors
Campaigns & Events
- Support the planning and delivery of webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and partner events
- Assist with marketing campaigns around product launches, partnerships, and key milestones
- Explore and test new digital marketing channels and audience engagement opportunities
Brand Development
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's brand and market positioning
- Ensure consistency across all external communications and marketing activities
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and visibility
About You
You'll be a proactive, organised individual who enjoys working across multiple projects and wants to make a visible impact within a growing business.
You don't need experience in every area, but you'll be comfortable taking initiative, learning quickly, and working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Essential Experience
- Experience in a marketing, sales, communications, or related role
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to SaaS, technology, healthcare, or mission-driven organisations
- Experience supporting events, campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives
- Interest in healthcare innovation and technology
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- Understanding of NHS or healthcare environments
