We are now hiring for a Recruitment Team Leader to join our high-performing technology recruitment Contract division in Manchester. This is one of the most significant Contract recruitment leadership opportunities in the North West, offering the chance to take an already successful Contract division and scale it towards market leading. Our Contract division is already generating £9m–£10m turnover annually, with more than 300 contractors placed across the UK, EU, and USA. We have strong foundations, established delivery capability, proven client relationships, and a high-performing team already in place. This is not a “manage what’s there” role, and it’s not a start-from-scratch opportunity — this is a genuine scale-up leadership role with the ambition to build one of the UK’s leading contract recruitment businesses.
The Opportunity
As the Contract division Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of growth for the business. You will manage and grow your own contract desk while leading, developing, and scaling a team of consultants focused on increasing contractor runners, expanding key accounts, and winning new business across the UK, EU, and USA markets. You will work directly with senior leadership and have the autonomy, investment, and support needed to:

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your own contract recruitment desk and contractor runner book
- Generate new business opportunities and win new clients across target markets
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing contract recruitment team
- Drive team performance, KPIs, contractor numbers, and revenue growth
- Develop strategic relationships with key clients across the UK, EU, and USA
- Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the contract division
