About the Role

As the new Client Relationship Manager you will be joining a fast-growing e-learning SaaS business where you’ll be rewarded for performance and given clear opportunities for career progression and personal growth. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of active and dormant customer accounts, re‑engaging relationships, driving expansion, and making a visible impact on revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Client Relationship Manager

  • Own and grow relationships with key stakeholders across L&D, HR, Operations, IT, and Procurement
  • Lead consultative conversations to uncover learning challenges and position high‑impact e‑learning solutions
  • Drive account expansion, upsell, and renewals across an established customer base
