The successful Project Manager will work within a small team, responsible for overseeing ERP and business software deployments, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while balancing customer expectations, commercial objectives and technical requirements.

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of customer implementation projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to deployment and transition into support. Working closely with internal delivery teams and customer stakeholders, you will ensure projects stay on track, risks are managed and agreed outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ERP and software implementation projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and third-party stakeholders
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies
  • Own project governance, reporting, risk management, issue resolution and change control
  • Coordinate internal teams across consultancy, development, QA, support and implementation functions
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements reviews and stakeholder meetings
About You
  • Proven experience delivering ERP, CRM or complex business software implementation projects
  • Experience managing long-term projects, typically 12+ months in duration
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to influence, challenge and manage expectations at all levels
  • Comfortable working with customers, internal teams and external partners and suppliers
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, risks, resources and delivery schedules
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or similar
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Intact or similar solutions is beneficial
  • PRINCE2, PMP, APM, Agile or similar certification is desirable
