To support this rapid expansion, we’re hiring a Product Owner to strengthen our product function. Working closely with the Head of Product, you’ll help shape the vision, design, and delivery of both established platforms and next‑generation SaaS products. What you’ll be doing Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap alongside the Head of Product Drive the development of next‑generation SaaS products while improving existing platforms Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑impact solutions Influence technical decisions across architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalability Measure success through KPIs, metrics, and clear business outcomes What they’re looking for Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the full SDLC Experience working on SaaS platforms, including cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and APIs Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders Proven experience managing backlogs, prioritisation, dependencies, and technical debt Comfortable reading technical documentation or code to inform product decisions Salary up to £50,000 25 days annual leave + Bank Hols The team are predominantly on site in their Central Manchester offices, however operate flexible hours and working patterns Free tickets to sold‑out events—from major gigs to high‑profile sporting events (yes, really!)
