About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented OT Test Analyst to support the testing and delivery of Operational Technology (OT) systems. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on ensuring robust and secure OT environments that support critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end testing of OT devices and configurations in non-production environments.
  • Collaborate with IT and OT teams to execute test strategies, including integration, regression, and security testing.
  • Maintain and automate regression test scripts, ensuring accurate reporting of testing progress.
  • Contribute to incident management and service continuity testing during product commissioning phases.
  • Assist in documenting testing requirements and deliverables, ensuring compliance with audit and governance standards.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to validate data content, support vendor relationships, and align with industry regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Practical experience in OT/IT testing environments, ideally within a regulated or critical infrastructure setting.
  • Understanding of SCADA systems, OT architecture, and QA/testing best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Jira/Confluence.
  • ISTQB/ISEB Certification or equivalent desirable.
  • Security clearance or the ability to obtain it due to the sensitive nature of the role.
