We’re partnering with a growing technology business looking to hire a hands-on Sales Manager to help drive revenue growth while mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team. This is a true player/manager role, ideal for someone who still enjoys being involved in deals, carrying a personal target, and leading from the front, while also coaching and supporting newer sales talent. You’ll combine strategic sales leadership with individual contribution, helping shape processes, improve performance, and drive a winning sales culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying and delivering against an individual new business revenue target
  • Leading from the front in outbound prospecting and deal execution
  • Managing the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing sales exec's within the team
  • Supporting reps on deal strategy, objection handling, and pipeline management
  • Running regular 1:1s, forecasting, and performance reviews
  • Helping build scalable sales processes and best practices
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and leadership on GTM strategy
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and reporting across CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven background in B2B technology or SaaS sales
  • Experience carrying and exceeding personal revenue targets
  • Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or leading sales professionals
  • Strong new business and full-cycle sales capability
  • Confident engaging stakeholders up to C-level
  • Commercially driven with a proactive, high-energy mindset
  • Able to balance personal billing with leadership responsibilities
