Director of Sales and Account Management Location: UK (Remote) With a strong product, established customer base, and significant market opportunity, the business is looking for a Director of Account Management to take ownership of post-sales revenue and build a best-in-class function. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for driving growth across existing accounts while maintaining exceptional retention. You’ll inherit and lead a team of 15 Account Managers, with the mandate to elevate performance, instil structure, and maximise commercial outcomes. Lead, develop, and scale a team of 15 Account Managers across the UK Own and deliver on revenue targets, with a strong focus on upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion Build and refine account management processes, playbooks, and performance metrics Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align on customer growth strategy Make data-driven decisions to improve team performance and account outcomes Proven experience leading Account Management or Customer Growth teams within a SaaS environment Strong track record of driving revenue growth through existing accounts Experience operating in a VC or PE-backed business, with an understanding of pace, pressure, and performance expectations Comfortable managing teams at scale (15+), with a focus on coaching, accountability, and results Opportunity to shape and define the Account Management function in a scaling SaaS business Competitive compensation with strong upside If you’re a commercially driven leader who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building high-performing teams, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
