Job Title: Network System Architect

Location: Hybrid – West Midlands

Salary: Up to £85,000 + 15% Bonus

Job Overview: Join the Enterprise Architecture team as a Network System Architect to drive digital transformation in operational technology, ensuring a resilient, scalable network. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement future-proof solutions that enhance cyber resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement network architecture for IT and OT environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure network resilience for critical systems (SCADA and Operational Technology).
• Provide technical leadership, advising on security, performance, and compliance.
• Maintain network standards aligned with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience in designing and implementing complex network solutions.
• Strong understanding of network technologies (WAN, LAN, VPN, Firewalls, SD-WAN).
• Familiarity with industrial network protocols and access technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations (NCSC CAF, NIS, IEC 62443).
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
