As their Marketplace Manager, you’ll be owning and developing their game changing Events e-Commerce marketplace, supporting the businesses huge plans for growth for the future. If you're passionate about e-commerce, customer acquisition, and marketplace growth strategies, this is the role for you!
What you’ll be doing as their Marketplace Manager:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention on the marketplace.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and drive business results.
- Create a roadmap for marketplace expansion over the next 12 months, focusing on key growth initiatives and opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure you’re offering the best products and marketplace performance.
It’s 2-3 days a week in their Manchester office, with a Salary is up to £50k + an ever-growing benefits package, with one of the best perks being free tickets to sold out events (Anyone fancy FREE tickets to that sold out Oasis gig, Manchester Derby, or something similar? I’m not joking either!)
