Lead engineering delivery across a Java and Vue platform in a fast-growing scale up. Own how product direction turns into working software. Work with a Chief Technology Lead and a team of 8 to 12 engineers. Product sets direction. You own design, build approach, and delivery.
Core stack: Java Spring Boot, Vue, SQL, AWS, CI/CD pipelines.
Key focus areas:
- Turn product requirements into clear technical plans, APIs, data flow, system design
- Lead engineers through delivery, unblock issues, keep releases moving
- Set standards across testing, code quality, and engineering approach
- Own full stack delivery, frontend and backend alignment, system performance
You act as the technical anchor for the team, guide decisions, reduce delivery risk, and keep engineering output consistent and predictable.
Experience:
- Strong Java and Spring Boot background
- Vue or similar frontend experience
- REST APIs, SQL design, AWS exposure
- Previous leadership across teams of 8+ engineers
- Scale up delivery experience useful
