This is a broad, hands-on marketing role with a particular focus around social media, content, engagement and events. The position offers genuine ownership across key marketing activity while working closely with both the marketing and commercial teams. The business is specifically looking for someone proactive who enjoys bringing ideas forward, taking ownership of projects and operating within a fast-paced SME environment.
The Role:
- Own and manage the company’s social media activity, particularly LinkedIn engagement and reporting
- Support the creation of content including blogs, case studies and brand communications
- Support the planning and coordination of internal and external events including annual company conference
- Assist with campaign activity, internal communications and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate marketing collateral, merchandise and event materials where required
- Contribute ideas around brand growth, engagement and customer visibility
- Direct reporting line into a hands-on and coaching-focused Brand Manager

About you:
- Circa 18+ months marketing experience within a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest and experience across social media, engagement and content
- Confident communicator with strong written skills

- Utilities experience beneficial but absolutely not essential
