- Challenge assumptions and ensure solutions align with business value
- Break down requirements into clear, deliverable user stories and specifications
- Identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies early in the process

- Facilitate collaborative sessions between business and technical stakeholders
- Support API and integration design by reviewing technical documentation

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Communication
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Experience working with distributed teams is beneficial
Profile
- Hands-on and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working closely with engineers on a day-to-day basis
- Confident in challenging ideas constructively
- Adaptable communication style
- Motivated by delivery and problem-solving rather than people management
Working Model
Remote-first with occasional travel to UK office locations. Collaborative, agile environment.
What’s on Offer
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-related bonus
- Generous holiday allowance
- Pension scheme
- Private healthcare
- Additional wellbeing and lifestyle benefits
