Maxwell Bond have partnered with a UK based organisation in the education and training sector, who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll lead major software and business change projects, improve processes, and build a structured project management function.
What You’ll Do as Project Manager:
- Manage software projects, overseeing suppliers, system changes, and the full end-to-end delivery to ensure quality outcomes.
- Drive business change initiatives with process improvements and oversee the full software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and support juniors, embedding structured project management practices, and supporting with team growth.
