I'm working with one of the UK's leading technology and digital learning businesses that's looking to hire a Senior Client Relationship Manager into its Manchester commercial team. You'll be selling a broad portfolio of learning solutions across areas including AI, Cyber Security, Cloud, Data, Software Development and Leadership.
The role will involve:
- Managing and growing established B2B customer relationships
- Identifying new stakeholders and commercial opportunities within existing accounts
- Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Leading client meetings to understand wider business challenges
- Building strategic account plans to increase customer spend
- Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Developing relationships with senior decision-makers
- Running regular customer reviews and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Acting as a senior member of the team and supporting/coaching less experienced colleagues
You’ll have plenty of warm opportunities within existing customers, but they're looking for somebody with a new business mentality who will proactively find new stakeholders, uncover additional needs and increase the organisation's footprint within each account.
