PMO Coordinator – 12 month FTC

Salary: Up to £32,000

Location: Manchester – Hybrid

Maxwell Bond have partnered with a growing Retail Distribution company that are undergoing significant change across its facilities and operations.

As PMO Coordinator, you’ll work closely with a small team of Project Managers, providing structure, visibility, and governance across a portfolio of projects. This is a hands-on role where you\’ll drive consistency and support the delivery of change.

What you\’ll do as PMO Coordinator:

• Provide day-to-day PMO support across a portfolio of projects, ensuring plans, actions and risks are accurately tracked and clearly reported.
• Work closely with Project Managers to drive momentum, challenge progress where required and ensure delivery remains on track.
• Support the development and adoption of consistent PMO processes, helping improve visibility, governance and ways of working across the function.

What they\’re looking for:

• Proven experience working in a PMO Coordinator or Project Coordinator position.
• Strong experience using PMO tools, Monday.com is desirable.
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders, with the ability to question, escalate and drive progress when needed, and work self-sufficiently.
