The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Key Account Executive to join a high-performing commercial team in Manchester. This is a client-facing, relationship-led role where you’ll work closely with a Key Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agency clients. You’ll be responsible for increasing contractor volumes, strengthening relationships, and identifying cross-sell opportunities— all within a structured, KPI-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of recruitment agency accounts
  • Increasing contractor referrals and revenue within your patch
  • Acting as a key contact for clients alongside the KAD
  • Regular outreach to consultants (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records and insights via CRM (Monday.com)
  • Attending agency visits, events, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in the umbrella/payroll industry (or a financial services based Account Manager role)
  • Strong understanding of contractor solutions (PAYE, Ltd, CIS)
  • Confident communicator with a relationship-first mindset
