Maxwell Bond has partnered with a UK based organisation in the education and training sector, who are looking for an IT Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for overseeing IT services and managing software suppliers.
What You’ll Do as IT Service Manager:
- Manage relationships with multiple software suppliers, acting as the first point of escalation for all IT issues.
- Oversee service delivery including help desk setups, new starter onboarding, and application support.
- Provide guidance on security, compliance, and governance whilst supporting partners with technology integrations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience working in an MSP environment or managing multiple IT suppliers.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and managing complex applications.
- Knowledge of IT service management, security, compliance frameworks, and the ability to drive process improvements.
