What You’ll Do as IT Service Manager:
- Manage relationships with multiple software suppliers, acting as the first point of escalation for all IT issues.
- Oversee service delivery including help-desk setups, new-starter onboarding, and application support.
- Provide guidance on security, compliance, and governance while supporting partners with technology integrations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an IT Service Manager, working in an MSP environment or managing multiple IT suppliers.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and managing complex applications.
- Knowledge of IT service management, security, compliance frameworks and a track record of driving process improvements.
