Maxwell Bond have partnered with a growing FinTech company in Manchester, who are a leading provider of financial management solutions, looking to strengthen their team with an Application Support Engineer. They've created an innovative platform and provide critical solutions to a range of clients in North America, continuously growing their client base. As a result, they're looking for a proactive and technically capable support professional to ensure critical transactions and operational processes run smoothly.

As Application Support Engineer, you'll investigate incidents, analyse data and work closely with development, testing and infrastructure teams to deliver exceptional service to customers. You'll provide support to customers across the US market so will be required to work a shift pattern of 12pm-8pm.

What you'll do as Application Support Engineer:

  • Write and analyse SQL queries and reports to diagnose issues and support business requirements.
  • Support web-based applications and APIs, escalating complex issues where necessary.
  • Contribute to internal projects, process improvements and documentation.
