Our client is a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS business operating at the intersection of consumer insight, data intelligence and product innovation. Their platform helps major consumer brands make faster, more commercially confident decisions by testing products, messaging and propositions with real consumers before launch. Having established strong market traction across FMCG and retail, the business is now entering its next phase of strategic growth - focused on larger enterprise contracts, new sector expansion and international market development. With significant investment behind the business and an ambitious commercial roadmap in place, they are now looking to appoint a Strategic Sales Leader to help build and lead their enterprise growth function.
This is a senior player-coach role, combining direct responsibility for winning high-value strategic opportunities with leadership of an experienced team focused on growth, expansion and new market penetration.
- Package: £90,000 - £120,000 basic salary OTE circa £200,000+ uncapped Performance-led commission structure Hybrid flexibility with Manchester office presence (minimum 2 days per month)
About you:
- Proven track record leading senior SaaS sales professionals while remaining hands-on in strategic deal execution
- Strong background personally closing enterprise B2B SaaS contracts in the £50k-£100k+ ARR range
- Background within data, insight, MarTech, research technology, analytics or adjacent SaaS environments would be highly advantageous
- Comfortable operating as a player-coach within a scaling, high-performance growth business
The Role:
- Lead and develop a team of senior Business Development Managers focused on strategic revenue growth
- Personally support and influence the closure of complex, high-value enterprise SaaS deals
- Own growth across key commercial areas including enterprise acquisition, account expansion, new sectors and international markets
- Act as a senior commercial partner to the CRO, contributing to go-to-market strategy, market intelligence and sales execution
