About the Role
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking public sector organisation in Greater Manchester that’s looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to join its expanding IT & Digital function. This role sits at the heart of the organisation’s long-term modernisation programme. You’ll take ownership of delivering key Digital Futures initiatives, with a particular focus on AI-enabled solutions, helping to modernise services, improve outcomes, and embed new ways of working across the business. You’ll work across technical teams and business areas, ensuring digital initiatives are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned to user and organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven projects
- Own delivery outcomes, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear, deliverable digital solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers to remove blockers and resolve delivery challenges
- Apply agile and modern delivery practices to drive continuous improvement
- Analyse and redesign processes to improve efficiency, service quality, and user experience
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
