Do you have experience supporting customers in a busy, high-volume environment and enjoy solving queries from start to finish? Maxwell Bond is partnered with one of the UK's leading contractor payroll providers who are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to support contractors with everything from onboarding and timesheets to payroll, tax and pensions.

What you'll do as a Customer Care Advisor:

  • Act as the first point of contact for contractors, supporting them throughout their journey with the business
  • Support new contractors through the onboarding process
  • Resolve queries relating to payroll, tax, pensions and timesheets
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting service levels and quality standards

Experience as a Customer Care Advisor:

  • Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email
  • Experience within customer service, contact centres, financial services, telecoms or other high-volume environments is desirable but not essential

Hybrid working available after probation, with 2 days working from home:

  • Flexible working patterns, including the option of a 4-day working week
  • Clear progression opportunities into Senior Advisor, Team Leader, Payroll, Accounts or Agency Support
