We are currently hiring for a Contract Team Lead to join our high-performing technology recruitment team in Manchester. With a well established desk and name in the market, we’re looking for someone to help grow the team and division across the UK, EU & USA. This is a billing leadership role where you will manage your own contract desk while leading and developing a team of consultants, with a focus on increasing runners, driving revenue, and winning new business as the Contract Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities as a Contract Team Lead:
- Manage and grow your own contract desk (runner book)
- Generate new business opportunities and win new clients
- Lead, mentor, hire and develop a team
- Drive team performance, KPIs, and revenue growth
