This role is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mentality who thrives on generating opportunities, opening new doors, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
You’ll be joining a fast-growing business operating within the digital learning space, selling e-learning programmes and training solutions that help businesses upskill teams, improve performance, and support employee development. This position will be focused primarily on new business generation, with approximately 80% of the role dedicated to winning new clients and 20% focused on managing and growing existing accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business across a range of industries and building relationships with key decision‑makers
- Generating your own pipeline through outbound activity, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and close
- Running consultative conversations to understand client learning and development challenges
- Selling tailored e‑learning programmes and digital training solutions to businesses
- Managing and growing a small portfolio of existing client accounts through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Building long‑term client relationships and identifying opportunities
