Job Role: Business Development Executive

We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Executive for an Internal Client Relationship Manager role with a growing team in Altrincham. This role is ideal for someone with proven B2B sales experience who thrives on building relationships, driving new business, and delivering exceptional service or somebody from a recruitment background looking to make the move into sales.
What\’s on offer?
- £27,500 base salary with an uncapped commission structure providing real earning potential of £40,000+
- Progression to more senior roles within the business – be that account management, team leadership or senior sales positions within the organisation. Opportunity to hit 2 promotions in the first 18‑24 months.
- Hybrid working with 4 days per week in the Altrincham office.

The role at a glance:
- Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies working with temporary contractors
- Generate referrals through proactive calls and emails
- Prospect and grow a portfolio of around 200 accounts
- Provide clear communication on products, services, and industry updates
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software
- Support business expansion projects alongside the Sales Director
What we’re looking for:
- Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Experience with cold calling and other sales techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Organised, self‑motivated, and target‑driven
