We’re partnering with a growing education and student recruitment organisation looking to hire ambitious, commercially driven individuals into their expanding recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building, sales, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, while also helping students progress into higher education opportunities.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with students, partners, and external organisations, guiding applicants through the full enrolment journey from initial enquiry through to successful placement.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of partner accounts
- Speaking with prospective students and supporting applications
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Working towards enrolment and intake targets
- Managing pipelines and keeping systems updated
- Attending meetings, events, and occasional client visits
- Supporting students through the admissions process

- Previous experience in a sales, recruitment, admissions, or customer-facing role
