Maxwell Bond have partnered with a leading MSP who are on the lookout for a 3rd Line Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.
As 3rd Line Engineer, you'll be the go-to person for handling complex technical incidents and architecting solutions whilst supporting junior engineers in the team. You'll lead on configurations and optimisation of a new cloud-based platform whilst overseeing network and infrastructure troubleshooting.
What you'll do as 3rd Line Engineer:
- Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex incidents, working closely with the Service Desk Manager to define the approach taken on technical challenges.
- Build automated remediation workflows and create monitoring policies to prevent incidents.
- Engage directly with clients, providing explanations and solutions to their technical root-causes.
