Job Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 OTE £50,000-£60,000

I\’m hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative for a high-growth UK B2B SaaS marketing technology business.
This isn\’t a spray-and-pray SDR role.
It\’s built around strong discovery, real qualification, and measurable impact .
The Role:
Book ~ 20 genuinely qualified meetings per month
Sell a complex, multi-layered SaaS product to marketing teams
Use proven sales frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
Partner closely with BDs – you qualify, they close
The Profile
2–3 years\’ B2B SDR or sales experience
SaaS experience preferred
Metric-driven, commercially minded, coachable
Experience selling into a marketing audience is highly preferable
