A growing, independent media agency is looking for a junior Paid Search professional to join their supportive performance marketing team.

You’ll help deliver and optimise campaigns for a variety of clients, learning from experienced team members while developing your career in PPC.

Your role

• Execute and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Assist with performance analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to support wider campaign strategies

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years paid search experience
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads
• Organised, proactive, and keen to develop in PPC
• Confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
