About the Role
A leading technology and digital learning provider is looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to grow existing customer and partner relationships. The role focuses on developing opportunities within an established client base, identifying new revenue streams, and delivering against clear sales targets across a portfolio of digital and technology learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners, identifying key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Leverage professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) to expand contacts and generate new opportunities through referrals and engagement.
- Lead client meetings to understand business challenges and position relevant solutions to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Maintain ownership of client relationships to ensure projects remain in scope and delivered successfully.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Manage and prioritise the sales pipeline using CRM systems to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term commercial relationships.
- Develop strong product knowledge to position solutions effectively in the market.
- Identify new revenue opportunities by understanding clients’ needs and strategic priorities.
- Engage clients in conversations across a broad portfolio of learning and development solutions.
