You’ll join a growing engineering team building a global platform used at scale across multiple markets. This role sits across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll build APIs in C# and .NET, develop user-facing features in React, and work across AWS or Azure environments where performance and reliability matter.
You won’t sit far away from product or delivery decisions. Engineers here stay close to the work, close to users, and close to production. You’ll contribute to technical direction, architecture decisions, and engineering standards from day one.
This is also the first UK engineering hire. You’ll have genuine influence early. You’ll help shape how the team grows, how systems evolve, and how new features get delivered as the platform scales.
The business offers a remote-first setup with one planned office visit each month for collaboration and planning sessions. Alongside a salary up to £80,000, the package includes up to 20% bonus and private healthcare for you and your family.
