We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking digital and technology function at a time of exciting transformation. This is a key role where you’ll shape how business needs are understood and translated into clear, actionable outcomes, ensuring solutions deliver real value across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across complex digital initiatives, defining clear requirements, outcomes, and measures of success.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape solutions, facilitate effective workshops, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology delivery.
- Translate complex business needs into high-quality user stories, process models, and deliverables that enable delivery teams to maximise value.
- Apply deep knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, champion best practice business analysis and Agile ways of working, contributing to Communities of Practice and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of modern software delivery practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD, BDD/TDD).
- Support and mentor other Business Analysts, helping to build capability, consistency, and high performance.
