The Opportunity
- We’re hiring a Key Account Executive to join a high-performing commercial team in London.
- This is a client-facing, relationship-led role where you’ll work closely with a Key Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agency clients.
- You’ll be responsible for increasing contractor volumes, strengthening relationships, and identifying cross-sell opportunities - all within a structured, KPI-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of recruitment agency accounts
- Increasing contractor referrals and revenue within your patch
- Acting as a key contact for clients alongside the KAD
- Regular outreach to consultants (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records and insights via CRM (Monday.com)
- Attending agency visits, events, and hospitality
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in the umbrella/payroll industry
- Strong understanding of contractor solutions (PAYE, Ltd, CIS)
- Confident communicator with a relationship-first mindset
