We’re seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our expanding global sales team. You’ll be at the forefront of supporting energy transition sectors, working with industries such as:
- Oil & Gas
- Power Generation
- Carbon Capture
- Waste-to-X
- Power Grid
- Renewable Heating
Your focus will be on developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and delivering sustainable, profitable results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a defined portfolio of key accounts within your sector focus.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Interpret customer technical requirements (specifications, drawings, standards) and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and bid documentation to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth in targeted sectors.
- Travel within the UK and internationally to attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in Key Account Management or Engineering / Applications roles within relevant energy or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in sales of technical or engineered products (e.g., pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, storage tanks, modular skids, acoustic & filtration equipment).
- Strong knowledge of the UK & EU market and working practices.
- Background in engineering/manufacturing with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Commercial awareness, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving ability.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing (degree preferred).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
