Working with incumbent suppliers, incoming providers and internal teams, you will drive the transition plan, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate knowledge transfer and confirm operational readiness.
You will hold suppliers accountable, lead governance meetings and report clearly to senior stakeholders. You will also oversee testing, service acceptance, cutover, hypercare and handover into BAU.
Your skills
- Proven experience leading MSP, outsourcing or complex technology transitions
- Strong ITIL and operational-readiness knowledge
- Experience transitioning Service Desk, EUC and Microsoft cloud services
- Excellent supplier and senior stakeholder management skills
- Confidence operating at both strategic and detailed delivery levels
- A decisive approach to resolving risks, issues and blockers
SOC or cyber security transition experience is highly desirable. Experience in private equity-backed, acquisition-led or multi-site organisations would be an advantage.
You will deliver the transition on schedule, maintain service levels and avoid material disruption. Suppliers will be onboarded, knowledge transferred and all services ready for a controlled move into BAU.
