Infrastructure Team Lead
Central London / Hybrid
£50,000
A growing MSP in Central London is looking for an Infrastructure Team Lead to join on a permanent basis. This role suits someone with a strong technical background who’s ready to focus more on team leadership, process management, and service delivery.
You’ll be responsible for leading a small team of Infrastructure Engineers, overseeing ticket flow, scheduling, workload distribution, and performance management. You’ll act as a senior escalation point when needed, but your focus will be on keeping the team operating smoothly, ensuring SLAs are met, and driving continuous improvement across clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced MSP environment, a solid understanding of ITIL principles, and be comfortable managing third-party vendors.

- Hybrid working - 2 days WFH
What we’re looking for:
- Strong MSP background with hands-on technical experience
- Experience managing teams or mentoring engineers
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (certification desirable)
- Comfortable managing ticket queues, scheduling, and team workload
- Experience handling vendor relationships and third-party suppliers
- Technical knowledge across Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, networking
- Familiar with Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam, Exchange
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on service quality and improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
