Identity Management (IAM) Engineer | 6-Month Temp-to-Perm

We’re partnering with a leading organisation in Manchester looking to bring in a passionate and technically curious IAM Engineer to join their infrastructure and security team.
This is an exciting 6-month temp-to-perm opportunity where you'll work in a fully cloud-native identity environment using Azure AD / Entra ID and also support Apple device management and integration across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and evolving the organisation’s cloud-first identity platform (Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Implementing IAM best practices, automation, and conditional access policies
- Supporting Apple/macOS device authentication and access integration
- Troubleshooting identity and access issues, improving user experience
- Working cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and end-user computing teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
- Familiarity with Apple devices in enterprise environments (macOS authentication, MDM, etc.)
- Understanding of IAM principles, authentication protocols, and access controls
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative approach
- On-site availability in Manchester (4 days/week)
- Mid to Senior-level preferred – but we’re open to training and supporting the right person
