About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven Head of Global Partnerships to lead the next phase of Aptitude\’s partner-led growth. This is a player-coach role responsible for building and executing a high-performance global partner strategy focused on Tier 2 partners while continuing to support and scale our strategic Big 4 alliances.
The successful candidate will bring deep experience in co-sell, reseller, and managed services motions across a range of partner types, with a mindset for scaling and operationalising success. You\’ll lead the global partner team, own pipeline generation through partners, and be accountable for delivering ARR via our partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
- Own the global partner strategy with a focus on driving ARR growth through Tier 2 partners, while supporting Big 4 and strategic technology alliances.
- Establish a scalable, repeatable approach to partner engagement across co-sell, reseller, and managed service models.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline creation across core markets: North America, UK&I, and Australia.
- Define and implement processes, systems, and partner enablement programs that support measurable outcomes and accountability.
- Lead and mentor a growing global partner team, instilling a performance-driven culture with clear ownership of targets.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key partnerships, leading from the front and owning critical relationships and initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Engineering to ensure integrated partner execution.
- Develop and execute reseller channel strategy to complement enterprise co-sell motions.
- Implement partner pipeline governance, regular forecasting, and reporting rhythms.
- Partner closely with Marketing to drive integrated campaigns and improve visibility into performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading a global partner function in a high-growth B2B software or SaaS business.
- Track record of building high-performing partner ecosystems across co-sell, reseller, and services-led models.
- Strong understanding of selling through and with Tier 2 partners, while navigating enterprise-level strategic partnerships (Big 4, hyperscalers, niche SaaS).
- Commercial acumen and experience carrying a quota; this is a growth role with direct revenue accountability.
- Success scaling revenue through partner channels in complex sales environments.
- Experience implementing tools, frameworks, and partner programs that drive predictable performance.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to align stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Able to lead from the front—building relationships, setting the standard, and coaching the team to deliver.
- Familiarity with finance transformation, AI/data-driven solutions.
