The Opportunity
This is a Founding Account Executive role focused on winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts across fintech and financial services. You’ll own the full sales cycle, managing complex, consultative deals with multiple stakeholders while working closely with leadership to help shape the company’s go-to-market strategy and sales motion. Typical deal sizes range from six to seven figures with long, strategic enterprise sales cycles. This role would suit someone who enjoys operating in fast-paced start-up environments and wants genuine influence within a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through to close
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across regulated organisations
- Run consultative sales conversations focused on customer challenges and business outcomes
- Deliver tailored demos and presentations
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Leadership and Customer teams and CEO
- Contribute to sales strategy, processes and commercial growth

- Strong track record selling into fintech, banking or regulated industries
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles
