As Event Team Lead, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of event data, how it's collected, stored, structured, and leveraged. You’ll be owning and maintaining our internal event toolset, the maturity, distribution and accuracy. Looking for someone with a strong understanding of data principles, as well as the ability to apply new process, strategy, and leadership into a current standing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a cross-functional team, including offshore contributors, driving clarity, communication, data accuracy and delivery excellence.
- Review and own all current event-specific processes, ensuring consistency and scalability as we grow.
- Oversee the collection, maintenance, and storage of all event related data within our systems.
- Introduce new tools and methods to enhance data collection, analytics, and business reporting.
- Collaborate with all business units to ensure event-related business goals are achieved.
- Champion a culture of data-led decision making within the events team and beyond.
About You
- Proven experience leading a data driven business function, ideally within tech, SaaS, or a digital-first business.
- Strong understanding of data principles, including governance, structuring, tagging, and interpretation.
- A natural leader with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- You know how to design and implement new processes from scratch.
- Confident communicator, both internally and externally, with strong stakeholder management skills.
