Location: Fully Remote (UK & Europe travel required)
Salary: Β£50,000 β Β£80,000 base + 50% OTE (Uncapped, Double Achievable)

The Opportunity
This is a highly consultative, enterprise-level new business role, focused on selling large-scale transformation programmes that combine education, services, and technology. You\βll engage with senior decision-makers across multiple industries, crafting tailored solutions that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise clients across the UK and Europe.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Sell complex, high-value service and technology programmes to senior stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, including CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and transformation leaders.
- Craft business cases and ROI models that communicate long-term strategic value.
- Work closely with internal delivery, marketing, and product teams to align solutions to client needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in professional services, learning tech, or digital transformation.
- Proven record of closing six-figure enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder long sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of value-based selling and storytelling in complex environments.
- Confident selling programmes and services, not just software licenses.
- Able to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment without rigid playbooks.
- Intelligent, articulate communicator with genuine passion for sales, business development, and creating impact for clients.
