We’re building the next generation of our global platform and are looking for an Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer who can own, evolve, and strengthen our Azure-based environment. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take over day-to-day infrastructure and DevSecOps operations, freeing our Infrastructure & DevOps Manager to move into a full architectural position. If you enjoy end-to-end ownership, solving complex technical challenges, and influencing how systems will evolve over the next several years, this is the environment for you.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and scale our Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Lead and improve our DevSecOps pipeline and deployment processes.
- Maintain stability, reliability, and security across our international systems.
- Work closely with Architecture, Product, and Engineering on platform evolution.
- Contribute to ongoing transformation and upcoming multi-year roadmap.
What we’re looking for:
Must-haves:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps (CI/CD, automation, security).
- Ability to read code (e.g., C#, PHP, React) and work with engineering teams.
- Pragmatic problem-solver with an engineering mindset.
- Based in Prague or willing to relocate (critical for onboarding and knowledge transfer).
Nice to have:
- Multi-language engineering background.
- Experience in evolving or modernising infrastructure environments.
Working model:
Hybrid (Prague office). Potential for full remote in the future once probation and transition of knowledge complete.
