Our client is a fast-growing UK Awarding Organisation and established End-Point Assessment provider, partnering with over 500 schools, colleges, universities and training providers globally. With continued growth and investment across their sales division, they are now looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive regional expansion and build strategic partnerships across the education and training landscape.
This is a field-based, relationship-led BDM role - focused on winning new business, growing existing customers and positioning the organisation as a long-term awarding and assessment partner.
The role:
- Own a defined regional patch
- Grow 50β100 existing customers
- Win new business with colleges and training providers
- Sell TQUK as a long-term awarding and assessment partner, not a one-off supplier
- Spend around 3 days a week on the road, meeting customers and attending events
- Manage a consultative sales cycle (1β12 months)
- You are supported by sales support and customer success teams, so the focus stays on relationships and growth, not admin.
Package:
- Β£35,000 β Β£42,000 basic salary
- Β£5,200 car allowance
- Β£12,000 OTE (uncapped, paid quarterly)
- Mileage paid at HMRC rates
- Annual salary reviews and additional incentives
