This is an opportunity for an Application Support Specialist to join an international business, as it continues its expansion into Europe. You will play a key role in supporting the technology and systems that power the business in a role that combines Level Two Support, Technical Business Analysis, and QA, with a primary focus on bug triage, understanding issues, and coordinating with Level Three Support for fixes. This is a fast-paced environment with a startup mentality, and you’ll need to be comfortable with autonomy and have the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Application Support (Level 2/3)
- Business Analysis
- Quality Assurance
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce and e-commerce platforms
- Hands-on experience supporting SaaS business tools (marketing, translation, compliance) such as Iterable, Smartling and Iubenda
- QA knowledge (functional, regression, integration testing)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Fluency in German, French, and English (written and spoken)
- Insurance, Fintech or similar Regulated Industries
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, System Integrations
- Multi country system rollouts
This is a fully remote role working within the CET time zone and location preference is Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium or UK.
