Maxwell Bond is partnered with a SaaS Edtech business who are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the team.
Responsibilities
Managing and improving AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/Fargate, ELB, and VPCs)
Designing and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform, creating reusable, version-controlled modules
Supporting containerised services and keeping deployment pipelines smooth and reliable
Collaborating with developers and QA to influence architecture, automate testing, and improve CI/CD processes
About You
Strong AWS experience
Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform)
Containerisation knowledge (Docker) and CI/CD pipeline expertise
Relational database know-how: Aurora (MySQL/PostgreSQL), performance tuning, backups
Linux system administration (Ubuntu/Linux), troubleshooting, monitoring, and security hardening
Caching solutions like Redis/Elasticache and experience with multi-region deployments
