We are representing a Colorado-based cybersecurity Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-moving organization delivering advanced security and compliance solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
Role Overview
You will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks across web, API, and data platforms. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure reliability, performance, and security, and help mentor junior team members in best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, or Golang.
- Develop automated test suites for web, APIs, data pipelines, and scalability testing.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct performance, security, and accessibility testing.
- Analyze results and provide actionable insights.
- Mentor junior engineers and support TDD and Agile practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software testing with a focus on automation.
- Strong coding experience in TypeScript and/or Golang.
- Experience with automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
- Familiarity with cloud and container platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with API and performance testing tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred: Security testing automation, AI-driven test tools, BDD frameworks, DevOps experience.
Location & Benefits
